  1. salam tuan...minta sedikit pendapat..sy telah diarahkan ke mahkamah utk penetapan tarikh lelong. tapi klu boleh sy ingin menjual rumah sy sendiri dahulu. boleh ke sy minta pd mahkamah utk menangguhkan pelelongan rumah sy supaya sy dapat menjualnya sendiri terlebih dahulu? tq
